Many Street food and the best shopping mall in batam (Grand Batam) just walking distance from hotel.
Staff here is very friendly and helpful to my needs, from housekeeping, engineering and front desk.

The hotel staff took quick action to solve the issue with the air-conditioning in my room, which I truly appreciate. Breakfast was also very enjoyable with a good variety of options and great taste.
