As we approached the reception desk, we were greeted by friendly smiles from the staff, their movements fluid and coordinated, embodying a choreography of attentiveness that made check-in seamless. Reception and breakfast staff were absolutely delightful! Very polite and helpful. Rooms are good and spacious. Location in my opinion not the best but short taxi ride to front harbour where area is fantastic with many great bars and restaurants.
Breakfast at the hotel was very good!

We had a short one-night stay and would like to commend the hotel team for their warm hospitality. The staff, Mr Arden and Ms Rachel were very helpful, kind, and humble, making our stay comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was a highlight—excellent variety with a homely, comforting taste.

One small concern was the absence of a bidet in the toilet, which caused some inconvenience. Apart from this, everything else met our expectations well.

Thank you very much to the team for the pleasant experience.

What makes a hotel great, firstly n foremost are the staff, I want to give a big shout out to Ms Stephanie, Ms Rachel n Ms Tuir from the front desk for taking good care of us. We booked 2 rooms, we arrived early n left our bags, you can communicate with the reception via what’s app. They will let you know if your roomis ready for check-in, bear in mind check-in time is 3pm, for us no issues, as we headed for light lunch and shopping at Grand Batam Mall
Room condition was ok for us, no complain. However much is needed to improve the infrastructure to be on par with newer properties coming up fast. Location wise, there are no major malls, however that being said, we manage to have a good Indian breakfast next to Burger King, (as you exit the hotel turn left and left again you will come to Burger King)
Grab taxi will bring you everywhere so for us not a problem and is really cheap.

We had a very relaxing stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan. The pool area was peaceful and well maintained, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the surroundings. Our room was clean, comfortable and well kept, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to the kitchen team, who truly went over and above to take care of our boy’s dietary requirements. Their attention, patience and effort gave us great peace of mind and made us feel genuinely cared for.

Overall, a wonderful experience and a place we would be happy to return to.
