The gentle hum of the city outside was subdued here, replaced by the soft footfalls of well-trained staff moving with unhurried precision, each interaction infused with genuine warmth. A soft fragrance of fresh blooms wafted through the air, mingling effortlessly with the comforting scent of aged wood, creating an atmosphere that felt both inviting and refined. The architectural narrative of the Lotte is compelling—a seamless blend of a historic structure standing alongside a sleek glass tower, each element telling a story of the city’s evolution. As we explored, we were drawn to the expansive windows that framed magnificent views of Seattle’s iconic skyline and the distant Cascade Mountains, their beauty transforming with the shifting light of day. Our concierge recommends requesting a room on a higher floor for panoramic views of the city, particularly at sunset when the skyline is bathed in a golden glow. We really enjoyed interacting with the staff at the hotel. They were all were very professional, extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and helpful.
Upon our arrival, Tyler and Jorge checked us in and explained to us our options from AMEX Platinum. Tyler also assisted us with the Lexus Drive Experience. Melissa, Tory and Georgi also were very helpful in assisting us when we needed assistance from the front desk and concierge.
We enjoyed our breakfast every morning overlooking the bay. We also enjoyed having cocktails in the evening. Fiona and Hugo were absolutely excellent regarding their customer service and attentiveness. David, Kalvin and Sean were also very attentive in making sure we received great customer service.
Downstairs, Carlos, Grant, Tom, Rommel and Kelvin assisted us when we initially received and returned the Lexus during our Lexus Drive experience. They also assisted us with our luggage when we arrived, whenever we had an Uber pick us up and when we departed the hotel to catch our flight home.
We thoroughly enjoy visiting Seattle every time we come to visit and we have found a new favorite hotel in Seattle!
What truly sets this hotel apart is the people. Melissa, 5 star service, went above and beyond to make sure our rooms had absolutely everything we could possibly need, down to the smallest details. Tyler and Troy at the front desk were exceptional… even tracking down AA batteries so our daughter could use her camera and take her own pictures. Tyler also made sure our three-year-old received a special little LOTTE Hotel bear, which he now can’t stop running around the house with. Arthur made our time in Seattle unforgettable by driving us to different places around the city and treating us like family.
Jason at dinner service, make sure you ask for Jason to serve you, the guy is personable, and will help you decide on what to eat. So many names, so many people who helped make the experience unforgettable.
The rooms were quiiiiiet, clean, and very comfortable. This is a hotel we see ourselves returning to time and time again. There is genuinely no place like it in Seattle. The care, thoughtfulness, and pride the team takes in what they do turned two separate weeks into memories we will carry with us forever.
Naleisha assisted me in arranging the client lunch and Chris took care of us on the day. Our clients loved the venue, the food was delicious, and Chris's service was top-class. Naleisha was very patient throughout the booking process (I kept having to change the number of guests attending). Thank you, Naleisha, Chris, and Lotte Hotel for a wonderful stay!
