Our concierge recommends requesting a room on a higher floor with a balcony to fully immerse yourself in the city views, particularly at sunset when the light paints the skyline in a breathtaking array of colors.

What made my stay ! The staff . They were professional, extremely friendly and knowledgeable .
One person stood out , the assistant restaurant manager, Mr Thong Shi . Yung. He was a true asset with his humble demeanor. Kudos to Mr Thong. Thank you for the opportunity to have a nice conversation.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning. The restaurant staff consistently exceeded expectations, ensuring we had a wonderful dining experience each day.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore. There was also another manager who came by to check on our room, and although I didn’t catch his name, I would like to thank him as well for a job well done.

The hotel staff were absolutely lovely and attentive. I stayed in the Deluxe King Balcony Room, which was stunning. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and complete with an incredible balcony and view. The sense of luxury continues into the bathroom, which was just as elegant.
The hotel also offers wellness and fitness classes, including Pilates, which was a wonderful touch. Another standout was the pool with its bar. I enjoyed an ice kacang by the pool, overlooking the most breathtaking infinity pool view. The pool offers over 180 degrees of Singapore’s skyline, stretching all the way to Marina Bay Sands.
The location is excellent: just behind Orchard Road, walking distance to ION Orchard and many dining and shopping options, yet still peaceful and quiet.
A genuinely exceptional stay where everything was beautifully designed, relaxing, and memorable in every way. Highly recommend.
Service was great. The staff was extremely welcoming when checking in and was able to make some great recommendations nearby. The service at the pool was also great, very easy to order and interact with staff and the pool was kept very clean.
I booked through the Amex Fine Hotel program and received onsite credit, late checkout and free breakfast. The breakfast was not a buffet, but I preferred that since the food was freshly prepared vs lukewarm buffet food. Did not have a chance to dine at the restaurant for lunch or dinner, but will plan to on my next stay.
I have stayed in several higher end hotels in Singapore and this is one of my preferred spots. Looking forward to my stay here next month.
