Loved staying here and would do so again. Staff was all great from front desk to valet. Easy to walk to tourist destinations. All the lights are on dimmers! The atmosphere made the room feel cozy and homey, true hygge. Valet was easy and you can tip through the app so you don’t need cash. All the furniture in the room was so comfortable. Only knock is the mini fridge in the room is filled with beverages and alcohol you have to pay for so there was nowhere to put my own food items, like restaurant leftovers and no way to reheat anything.

I had the great benefit of an upgrade from a Classic Queen to a Deluxe King, which was nudged along by my Accor ALL Gold status (which I would recommend as a good value proposition if you can get it). I thought the room was superb — the lighting came almost exclusively from lamps with dimmers and very warm hues, which made the setting both customizable and pleasant. I would 10/10 return to a Deluxe King, though do find myself intrigued by what more premium rooms have to offer. I'd say my only constructive criticism, potentially unfair, is that I would like to have enjoyed a meal discount that usually comes with Accor ALL Gold (I have had 25%-30% off at other Accor hotels) at the Lola restaurant attached to the lobby; but I do recognize it's technically a separate institution from the hotel. That said, Lola was delicious and I DID receive a non-alcoholic drink voucher.

Had a wonderful stay during the NFC Championship game. The helpful front desk person kindly gave us an upgrade to a suite which we really appreciated.

The suite was well equipped with Scandinavian style. Comfortable bed and quiet room. Nescafé and good tea included.

There was a nice surprise with included turn down service. We returned to the suite with chocolates, the bed made and slippers.

Great location. Steps to Pike Place market and a nice Bakery (Dahlia) across the street.

Only negative which is common in hotels slow wifi. I wouldn’t normally care because I have lots of data but their Chrome casting needs a good wifi connection to stream to the TV.

Pro Tip: The Amazon Doppler Parkade which is 2 blocks away has free weekend parking until 10 pm (free stage 2 charging) and street parking is free on Sundays.

I would love to stay again.

All of the hotel employees were so kind. I just stayed one night in a corner bedroom and slept like the dead! The bed is like a cushy marshmallow and you just melt right into it.

The bathrobes and slippers were a fun addition!

The location was great. A walk from the convention center and pikes place.

Shout out to Tomas the valet for bringing back my car for me and his joyful conversation while my mom came down to say goodbye to me!
