We were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. They upgraded our room, and we ended up with an incredible view of the entire city of Seattle. It made the celebration feel even more memorable. They also surprised us with chocolates for his birthday, which was such a thoughtful gesture. On top of that, they provided us with a restaurant discount and even gave us 50% discounts to local museums. Those little details truly made a difference.
During our stay, we had a small issue with the toilet in our room. After we informed the front desk, someone came up within two minutes and fixed it immediately. The response was incredibly fast, professional, and polite. We were honestly impressed with how efficiently everything was handled.
They also had no issues accommodating us with our service dog, which made the entire stay stress free and comfortable.
The staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. After such a rough start to our trip, this hotel restored our mood and saved the birthday celebration. We are very grateful for the excellent service and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended.

The rooms are stunning with amazing city views, and the staff truly went out of their way to make the birthday feel memorable. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines high-end luxury with such a welcoming attitude toward pets. If you’re looking for the perfect spot in downtown Seattle for a special occasion, this is it. I’ll definitely be back!
I recommend going to get it. The hotel is spotless and very beautiful. I have a King bed and spacious room with a walk in shower. Tubs are available for accessibility in some rooms. I feel comfortable and at ease here. This hotel is quiet and cozy and I would definitely stay here again.
