Afternoon tea in the bar was also wonderful. The food was delicious, fresh, and filling. Our server was wonderfully warm and friendly.
A special thank-you to Rose and Elena from the Guest Relations team for their thoughtful care, Matthai from the Club Lounge for being so kind, attentive, and wonderful to talk to, and George from the Front Desk for his warm and welcoming energy. The valet, doormen
and concierge teams also went above and beyond to make us feel celebrated.

After leaving the hotel, my Mom realized she left envelopes of money in the room. She’s 82 & slower. This was for our cruise leaving today. $2000 was left in room 715 on 12/17/2025. I called the hotel, the gentleman put me on hold, I was outside at the cruise terminal, it was very hard to hear him, but he could hear me. The money was turned into security from housekeeping 🥰. I rushed back from the cruise terminal, went to the front desk & they had security greet me with the money. We all know times are tough, this housekeeper & others involved truly brings faith that there are still people with integrity & heart. I left her a reward, but I would like to personally thank her & the manager I spoke to. All involved deserve acknowledgment for their greatness. Highly recommend this hotel💗💗.
