The location is excellent—very convenient and accessible, especially for families. The food was enjoyable with good variety, and the ambiance of the hotel felt welcoming, relaxing, and family-friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to unwind after a day out.

The room was very clean and comfortable, making it perfect for a family stay. From arrival until departure, the overall experience was beyond our expectations.
The food was delicious with great variety, and the hotel facilities were well maintained and enjoyable for both adults and children. A special thank you to the amazing staff who made our stay even more memorable, Vano at the Front Desk, Roy and Yoga at the restaurant, and Tirta from Housekeeping. They were all very helpful, responsive, and consistently provided fast service with a warm and cheerful attitude.
We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend HARRIS Batam Center for families looking for a pleasant and memorable holiday.

The breakfast spread was good, and the location is extremely convenient—right next to the Batam Ferry Terminal. It made traveling very easy for us. The hotel is also very child-friendly, with shopping areas within walking distance.
Housekeeping was efficient as well; our room was made up every time we requested it while we were out. My kids truly enjoyed their stay, and so did we.
They also surprised me by celebrating my birthday during breakfast, which made the stay truly memorable. Special thanks to Trestha for the warm birthday celebration and greetings. I also enjoyed the spa experience, where I went for a couple’s massage with my husband. My massage therapist, Fifi, was very attentive and regularly checked if the pressure was comfortable, ensuring I felt relaxed throughout the session.
I would totally recommend this hotel!
