The location is really convenient after reading the reviews. Take a ferry and just walk to the hotel which reduce all the traveling and hassle. Batam Zoo Paradise, Grand Batam Mall and Nagoya Hill are just nearby as well as Wey Wey Seafood. (tip: you can request for a free ride to WeyWey from conceirge and anywhere around Harbour Bay area)
The rooms and views are amazing. You can see MBS from M lounge and Altitude.

Breakfast quickly became my favourite part of the day. I was spoiled for choice with the variety of sambal, all of which were so delicious that I honestly wished I could tapao them home. The daily fresh juice selection was also something I never missed.
What made the stay truly unforgettable was the service staff. The birthday surprise arranged for me was genuinely touching. I loved how the birthday song was sung — with the whole team singing and playing instruments. It truly warmed my heart on my birthday morning.
