I stayed here during the SG60 ceremony, and I was impressed with everything, not to mention the promotions available during the celebration.
Nurul was the person who welcomed my father & I, and what truly amazed me was that she asked for a clarification in pronouncing my name, where almost everyone would assume from the spelling of it.
Another thing to be amazed by is the architecture of the hotel, as well as the art work displayed throughout the lower floors of the hotel, which, if I remember correctly, has an optional tour guide specifically on them.
After checking in, we fell in love with the view of the Marina Bay from our room, which I would argue that the views from the Ritz are the best in Singapore.
We also purchased an access to the club lounge located on the top floor, which was totally worth it as it comes with a diverse and delicious buffets (offered differently throughout the day) with alcoholic beverages like champagne, not to mention the view and other perks that are included with the extra payment.
Our breakfast experience, for us, was the best we have ever had so far. While it seems very spacious, it could be a little crowded at times, and we also had to queue up for a bit.
Another warning I would like to address regarding the dining space is for those who want to dine at the Summer Pavilion hotel restaurant, as reservations may not be available if you book too close to your anticipated period, which, unfortunately, for me, I did not get to try one of their tasting menus.
While I did not try their famous La Mer treatment, they surprised me with a therapist who shared her national origin with me (Thailand), which was very warming, and Khun Orca's (if I remember her name correctly) service was phenomenal.
Overall, I would definitely return to this hotel, and I must say that it started my loyalty for the Ritz-Carlton brand. The only downside is that they are not affiliated with the Marriott Bonvoy program, so my payment could not accumulate points. Regardless, I still highly recommend this hotel!

I have been very fortunate in my life to stay at some of the best 5 star hotels in the world. I have probably stayed in well over 300 of these during the course of my career. I am now travelling with my family on holiday and I am currently staying at the Ritz Carlton in a Club Room and can honestly say without hesitation that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. It is nearly impossible to describe this experience and at every level any expectations i ever had have been exceeded by a 100 times. The staff here are phenomenal. They genuinely care about their guests and go to extreme lengths to make the experience unbelievable. I have seen on many occasions staff organising things for their guests that no other hotel would ever consider. To sum the staff up in a few words is extremely hard but “Yes is the answer now what is the question” is the mantra I would use. The food, the accommodation and the service is really out of this world. One brief example is that we have used the courtesy Club limousine on many occasions. It is a top of the range Mercedes and we simply request this and it is waiting for us. Obviously we haven’t got exclusive rights to this but somehow the staff always make it happen. Just to be clear I am paying for 2 Club rooms out of my own pocket. I have no affiliation with Marriott or the Ritz Carlton but it would really not be right if I left this hotel without passing my experience on. As my wife said to me last night we came here as guests but now we feel that we are part of a family and this is something that I think describes this hotel and the experience down to a tee and this is something that I would never have thought possible to be able to say about any hotel. Unfortunately we are departing this hotel tomorrow and all of us will be extremely sad to be leaving and saying goodbye to our friends.

I loved my experience at the Ritz-Carlton. From the moment my Grab arrived at the entrance, service was impeccable. It was also my first time staying there so I was very kindly guided through checking in. The process was seamless and stress-free.

The room was gorgeous! So spacious even though it isn’t a suite. The view is spectacular, but it’s a shame that there was construction going on (Nov 2025). I still enjoyed being able to watch the Marina Bay water light show from the comforts of the bathtub. They were also very kind as to deliver a bucket of ice to my room since I wanted ice cold water 😊

The location can’t be beat either. It was walking distance to a good number of malls. I got my 10k steps in just exploring the nearby areas lol

I’d love to stay here again the next time I visit SG.

We stayed four nights at The Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore and had a thoroughly memorable experience. While the hotel is on the older side, this in no way detracts from the sense of luxury you feel from the moment you arrive and that feeling continues throughout the stay. The property is exceptionally well maintained and carries a timeless, refined elegance rather than anything dated.

The staff truly stand out. Every interaction was warm, professional, and proactive, with the team consistently going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Whether answering questions, offering recommendations, or assisting with arrangements, they were always attentive and genuinely eager to help.

Breakfast was a real highlight. The selection was extensive and high quality, catering to a wide range of tastes, and it was a pleasure starting each morning with such variety and attention to detail.

We stayed in a Marina View room, and the views were simply spectacular. The floor-to-ceiling windows greet you as soon as you enter the room, offering uninterrupted vistas across Marina Bay. The room itself was very spacious, with more than enough room for luggage and to relax comfortably, something that really adds to the overall experience.

The location is excellent. We were able to walk to many attractions during our stay, and anything further afield was no more than a 10-minute taxi ride. Being so close to Marina Bay made sightseeing effortless and enjoyable.

Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore. Perfectly situated for the major Marina Bay attractions and within easy walking distance of others, it combines outstanding service, comfort, and views to deliver a truly luxurious stay.
