The breakfast is excellent with a nice selection that changes slightly daily and the pool is even better than the pictures. You do need to book a slot for the latter, though.
The location is very safe and walkable, super close to Lau Pa Sat and two Metro stations.
All members of staff we came across were lovely and helped make our stay even better. We truly cannot recommend this hotel enough and we'll definitely be on the lookout for any Far East Hospitality properties when booking our next holiday.
Breakfast buffet was small but sufficient. A la carte eggs and daily special was tasty.
Decent gym with modern equipment and facilities. The pool area was good for a short relax but not that inviting for a longer stay.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel definitely has more of a business vibe, so it’s probably not the best choice for families or anyone looking for a resort-style experience.
One of the highlights for me was the welcome drink prepared by the tea master, it was a beautiful introduction to the hotel’s concept, thoughtful, calming, and uniquely crafted. This small but meaningful touch immediately set a positive tone for the entire stay.
The room was beautifully designed, modern, and extremely clean. Everything felt well thought out, comfortable, and maintained to a high standard. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it easy to unwind after a long day.
The staff truly stood out, they were exceptionally friendly, kind, and attentive. Every interaction felt warm and genuine, and their hospitality made me feel very well taken care of throughout my stay.
The location is another major advantage. The hotel is right next to an MRT station, which makes getting around Singapore incredibly convenient. Whether heading to business districts, tourist attractions, or dining areas, everything was easily accessible.
Overall, The Clan Hotel Singapore delivers a well-balanced experience with strong attention to detail, excellent service, a clean and stylish environment, and an unbeatable location. It’s a hotel I would happily return to and confidently recommend to others.
