Our arrival was marked by a seamless check-in process, where the concierge anticipated our needs with an instinctive understanding of hospitality, all while we were surrounded by the elegant interplay of modern design and traditional motifs that define this iconic property. As we ventured into the expansive lobby, the architecture revealed its grandeur. High ceilings adorned with contemporary art installations framed the space, while the gentle sound of water trickling from a nearby indoor fountain added a soothing backdrop. The lobby’s design seamlessly blends contemporary and traditional Singaporean elements, creating a space that feels both sophisticated and inviting. During our stroll, we found ourselves drawn to the inviting seating areas, each one thoughtfully arranged to encourage conversation, whether over a cup of TWG tea or simply the enjoyment of the moment. Our room, a Premium Club Room on the 38th floor, offered an exquisite sanctuary with generous views of Marina Bay. The bathroom, thoughtfully designed with marble finishes and deep soaking tubs, was a highlight—an indulgent space that felt like a private spa. Dining at Pan Pacific is an experience that deserves special mention. The hotel’s signature restaurant, Edge, presents a vibrant buffet that showcases a mélange of international cuisines, all prepared with an artistic flair. The atmosphere shifts beautifully from the buzz of breakfast to a more intimate dinner setting at twilight, where the soft clinking of cutlery harmonizes with the gentle strains of live music. Our concierge recommends requesting a room on a higher floor to savor the panoramic views and to take full advantage of the Club Lounge, especially during the evening hours when the sunset casts a golden glow over the bay. Cleanliness was up to standard and aircon temperature can be controlled. Downside though is the design of their sink is a little silly as it gives too small space for guests to wash hand and fill the kettle.
Overall it was a pleasant stay and highly recommended!
The food was absolutely delicious — a true culinary experience that showcased quality and variety. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared, with fresh ingredients and great presentation. It’s definitely one of the best hotel dining experiences I’ve had in Singapore.
What truly stood out, though, was the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and professional at all times. We requested assistance to find a prayer room, and they went above and beyond — quickly arranging a comfortable space for us to pray within the hotel premises. Their willingness to help and attention to detail made us feel truly welcome and respected.
Overall, Pan Pacific Singapore offers top-tier service, exceptional food, and a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. It’s an ideal venue for business events or a relaxing stay. Highly recommended — the best of the best!

We stayed for a week at the Pan Pacific Singapore over the New Year period in a Premium Club Room, with access to the Club Lounge on the 38th floor, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish.
This stay coincided with my 60th birthday, and the hotel and its staff made it truly special. Every member of the team we encountered was warm, professional, attentive and genuinely welcoming. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
The Club Lounge was a real highlight — stunning views, a calm and luxurious atmosphere, excellent food and drinks throughout the day, and outstanding service. It was the perfect place to relax, especially during the busy New Year period.
Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, very comfortable and well appointed, with everything you’d expect from a top-class hotel. Despite how busy Singapore was at New Year, the hotel felt organised, calm and effortlessly well run.
What really sets the Pan Pacific apart, however, is its staff. Their kindness, attention to detail and pride in what they do made our stay memorable rather than just comfortable.
We had an amazing week and left with wonderful memories. I would not hesitate to recommend the Pan Pacific Singapore and will absolutely return in the future.
