A special thanks to Toby, who was incredibly kind and thoughtful — on our departure day, he personally escorted us to the shuttle bus stop and helped carry our luggage.

We booked out the entire venue for our event and opted for the karaoke and beverage package. Being able to add-on karaoke there was an unexpected surprise.
Restaurant Manager Harvinder and his team were fantastic! They created a lively atmosphere, ensured the programme flowed smoothly, and the service staff were consistently attentive, making everyone feel well looked after.
I appreciated their flexibility as well. When we requested the menu to lean towards a particular cuisine, the team readily adjusted. Harvinder also put great thought into the stage and seating layout, giving guests plenty of space to move around while keeping everyone connected.
As a result, this buffet environment ended up feeling nicer and warmer than a typical banquet hall.
It was very memorable and we would gladly host another event here.
Highly recommended for companies looking for a unique yet well-executed venue.

Our child absolutely loved the hotel and the surroundings,there was so much to see and explore, and it felt very kid-friendly while still being peaceful for adults. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and thoughtfully planned.
We were especially happy to welcome the New Year countdown here. It was a memorable and meaningful way to celebrate as a family, away from the usual city crowd. Overall, it was a lovely stay and a great experience for both parents and kids. We would definitely love to come back again.
