The rooftop pool and the additional fifth floor swimming pool are exceptional with great view on f1 street track and Singapore skyline — truly a must-visit. The location is also perfect for F1, where you can even catch views of the race.
The staff were very professional, friendly, and attentive. I stayed during my birthday and was surprised with a cake and fresh fruit in the room — a thoughtful gesture that made the experience even more special.

We three friends stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very beautiful, elegant, and extremely clean. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained.
All staff members were very polite and professional. Special thanks to Nancy Xu, Director of Housekeeping. She was very polite, kind, and always asked about the service to make sure everything was perfect. Her warm attitude and attention to detail made our stay even more comfortable. She is also very graceful and beautiful in personality.
The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt very well taken care of.

The hotel is located in one of the best spots in Singapore – super convenient and a great area to be based in. The gym was very good, well equipped, and easy to use throughout the stay.

Breakfast was excellent, and the staff really looked after me well. The Club Lounge service was also outstanding throughout the stay.
I checked in on New Year’s Eve. While I didn’t receive an upgrade for the first three days, the team did upgrade my room after that, which I appreciated. On arrival, I was also surprised with a magical birthday cake – completely dairy-free, egg-free, gluten-free, nut-free, and sugar-free. Absolutely spectacular. The fruit selection was superb as well.

Service was excellent throughout. The team was warm, sincere, and well trained. Staff communicated clearly, handled requests smoothly, and demonstrated a high level of professionalism that you would expect from a JW Marriott.
The executive lounge was another strong point. The food selection was good, and the cocktails were well made and enjoyable. Facilities are also well suited for families. There are two swimming pools, and my daughter enjoyed spending time at both.
Overall, it is a great option for a staycation, especially during National Day. The only downside is that the hotel does get very crowded during this period, which is to be expected given the location and occasion.
As a frequent Marriott guest, this is a property I would happily recommend, particularly if you are planning a National Day staycation.
