Our concierge recommended visiting the nearby hawker centers for a taste of authentic local cuisine, which we found to be an enriching extension of our stay. Although we are Singapore residents, we had this immediate feeling to be on a travelling experience for the simple resort that it felt like a resort ambiance by the smooth interactions with the staff, the peace, the way the lobby, the corridors, the rooms are designed. We were staying on the executive floor where are room was elegantly designed. We slept extremely well. The breakfast was plenty. The staff at the executive lounge were friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend Hilton Orchard. Marc LAURENCE.
She was warm, friendly and so helpful.
The rooms are spacious, clean, neat, tastefully decorated (I loved the furniture) The bathroom is big, good shower and the toilets come with a bidet.
Staff all around were friendly, and efficient.
The location is great near to MRT and lovely street to walk.
The only criticism that I do have is that there isnt a halaal station at breakfast which was extremely disappointing.
Thank you for providing us with connecting rooms, it made our trip much more comfortable. We really appreciated the warm and friendly service from all the staff, from check in, breakfast and the executive lounge.

Breakfast was another standout. Dorothy and Jimmy ensured our mornings started perfectly — friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. Their service added a wonderful touch to the start of each day.
The hotel rooms were modern, comfortable, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Orchard, with easy access to shopping, dining, and transportation.
