Throughout the entire planning period, Ms Grace attended to all our needs — including some rather unusual requests, such as asking for multiple payment links — with great patience and professionalism. She consistently went above and beyond by offering thoughtful recommendations and practical suggestions to help make our wedding day seamless and beautiful.
Her service was truly impeccable. She handled every matter calmly and meticulously, and we never once felt a lack of communication during the planning process. Ms Grace was always proactive in reaching out, keeping us updated, and ensuring everything was on track. Overall, she is highly professional, detail-oriented, and someone we would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a flawless wedding experience.
On the actual day itself, we would also like to give a huge shoutout to the team consisting of Grace, Dinie, Fengyu, and Haiman, who were crucial in ensuring the event ran smoothly. The team was extremely proactive, managing the programme efficiently and ensuring every item on the timeline was executed punctually.
The post-banquet service was equally thoughtful. Anticipating that we would be too busy to eat during the banquet, the team specially prepared our food in a heated tray for us to enjoy privately in our suite after the wedding. This warm and considerate gesture truly meant a lot to us.

Breakfast was another highlight. Great variety, fresh selections, and consistently warm, attentive service from the staff. Every morning felt like a treat.
Overall, a truly pleasant experience. Excellent room, excellent breakfast, and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for stay in Orchard.
Grace and Suhaila were always quick to respond to my questions and consistently offered thoughtful and practical solutions throughout the entire planning process, which made everything so much smoother.
On the wedding day itself, Fengyu and his team were outstanding. Everything was handled seamlessly, and Fengyu personally guided us through our march-in and each stage of the wedding lunch, giving us complete peace of mind. I was especially touched by his attentiveness — when he noticed that my husband doesn’t drink alcohol, he immediately swapped out my husband’s glass of wine during our yumseng. That level of attention to detail truly amazed me and was deeply appreciated.
Joanne was equally wonderful in assisting with the check-in for multiple rooms in the bridal suite. Even after I told her I only had 30 minutes to run errands before the wedding, she managed everything efficiently within the time frame and kept me updated throughout.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Conrad Singapore Orchard for making our wedding such a memorable and stress-free experience. My husband and I are already looking forward to coming back for a staycation soon!
The suite we had was large enough and while not the most modern, comfortable and well equipped.
Loved the club lounge with very personalized and friendly service. Breakfast was lovely and the happy hour was outstanding. Staff was super friendly.
Also, loved the special "Diamond elite" space at the breakfast restaurant. Great touch.
The gym was nice and well equipped. The pool was freezing unfortunately.
I would for sure be back.
Special call out to our wedding planner, Grace Lum, who ensured everything was organised well from the beginning to the end. Her communication was clear. She was quite pleasant to work with and paid attention to all our requests.
Chef Atish and Chef Raju ensured the banquet food was delicious. The breakfast at Basílico had a good spread of Indian food which our guests relished.
Our banquet manager, Nafeez, took control of the evening and ensured all was in proper order and small issues were sorted out timely.
The AV in-charge, Zaidi, ensured the sound system was in order and minor glitches were managed.
In all, a great experience working with a A-star team at Conrad. I’d gladly recommend them.
