We had booked the Fairmont as it seemed to be situated in Central location with access to the MRT and also walking distance to the bay area.
How right we were. The location was exactly what we needed for our exploration of this new destination.
We could walk to most of the things we wanted to see and explore, with the MRT so close to us on the occasions we were just that little too tired to keep on walking.
The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.
Right from checking in on our first day after 2 very long flights from the UK, to checking out after a wonderful week, we were welcomed and made to feel comfortable.
I must make a special mention to the restaurant staff at breakfast time. We had breakfast each morning in the restaurant and every time the staff were welcoming and very helpful. Especially Robert, who kept us both going with pots of tea.
Our overall holiday to Singapore was fantastic and this was enhanced but our stay at the Fairmont.
We would easily stay at the Fairmont again, and we have stated this to our travel agents, as we would recommend anyone visiting Singapore for the first time to book into this hotel.

I booked the Marina Bay view Deluxe room for a trip with my parents. I had an extremely comfortable stay at Fairmont. The staff were very courteous and responsive to our need. The hotel is a beautiful property located in Marina Bay, at a walking distance from many attractions, connected to MRT. The room was spacious, had all required amenities and was meticulously cleaned by housekeeping everyday, the view of Marina Bay Sands and the singapore skyline was a cherry on the top! Fairmont was a wonderful place to stay for a few days while in Singapore on holiday. The hotel is in an excellent location, and the hotel facilities are great. My kids especially loved the breakfast buffet, which was one of the best I've ever had too. The in-room filtered & chilled water was also appreciated by them. The pools were great, as were all the hotel facilities that we used. The hotel being attached to an excellent shopping centre was nice too. The central location in Singapore made it very easy to get around to all the attractions we wanted too. Definitely recommended, and I'll stay here again if I return to Singapore.

Great stay in a great hotel. The location is really good and close to lots of places to go. MRT station of city hall at the bottom is also very helpful, as is the shopping centre attached to the bottom.

Staff are all very kind and professional. Rooms are comfortable and nice. Great views of the city, marina bay sands and the water side area from parts of the hotel too.

Overall would recommend and stay again.
