The staff kindly allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help. We were also impressed by their professionalism: since we had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on, they left a thoughtful note about our welcome treats instead of just skipping it. When we called, they delivered them immediately with a smile.
The hotel itself is beautiful. We loved the Peranakan-themed interior, which felt very special, and the view from our window was absolutely stunning. The rooftop pool was also a perfect spot to refresh after a day of sightseeing.
The location is perfect as it is very close to the station. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore!
