Her friendliness, confidence, and genuine passion for the hotel truly stood out.
The hotel itself is modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes it perfect for both leisure and business stays. Thanks to Vivienne’s thoughtful introduction and welcoming attitude, my first impression of the hotel was extremely positive.
Sunway Hotel Big Box is very fortunate to have a Guest Relations Manager like Vivienne Cheah, who truly represents the brand with professionalism and warmth. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.
At first glance, the building façade isn’t particularly eye-catching, but the interior completely changed my impression. The lobby feels grand and welcoming, especially with the automated grand piano creating a classy atmosphere.
The colour scheme throughout the hotel is very well matched, giving off a charming and elegant vibe. The room itself is spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to relax.
Parking is easy and convenient, and one big advantage is that the hotel is directly integrated with a shopping mall. The wide outdoor walkways make it comfortable to stroll around, especially for families. Overall, the interior experience truly outshines the exterior.
The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the hot water showers are perfect after a long day. I’ve stayed here many times, and each visit has been consistently wonderful.
A special shout-out to Shayami during my last two stays, he truly went all out to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Izzat was also extremely helpful during this stay.
The hospitality here is exceptional, and it’s always a pleasure to return. I will definitely be coming back
