A special shout-out to Yazid, our banquet captain — he was the star of the night. His attention to detail, calm presence, and constant smile gave us complete confidence to simply enjoy our evening without a single worry.
We also had a wonderful experience planning with Ivy. The entire journey leading up to the wedding was smooth and reassuring, and it’s clear the whole team works seamlessly together. We felt so well taken care of from start to finish.

From our very first enquiry to the finer details of payment terms and wedding arrangements, the staff were consistently helpful and professional. A special shoutout to our coordinator, Jeremy, who guided us throughout the planning process and ensured our vision came to life. He was incredibly responsive over email and WhatsApp, patiently answering our endless questions. His attention to detail gave us much reassurance and he made sure every aspect of the day was well taken care of.
On the actual day, a huge thank you goes to our banquet manager, Ros, and her team for their seamless coordination. We had several vendors involved, and they worked closely with each one to ensure setup was done at the right time and in the right space. They also executed our specific requests for table layouts and gift placements perfectly. Our guests even complimented the attentiveness of the staff — from serving snacks to kids, to ensuring our food was kept warm. Many guests also raved about how delicious the food was!
We truly enjoyed both the planning journey and the actual wedding day, thanks to the amazing Four Seasons team. It was an unforgettable experience, and we’re so grateful to everyone who made it possible.
Lewis (services manager) and Richelle (wedding coordinator) had been exceptionally helpful, friendly, and warm from our very first interaction, through the wedding planning stage (even though we had so many last minute questions, changes, and requests), and to the eventual execution of the wedding lunch. The wedding lunch proceeded really smoothly despite some unexpected factors, and we as hosts and guests alike were very pleased with the service, the food, the venue, and the warmth.
The banquet staff (14 Dec 2025, Windows East Room, lunch wedding reception), were extremely attentive and helpful throughout, actively attending to and taking care of the needs and requests for our guests.
It never ceases to impress us how much the Four Seasons Team goes above and beyond in every interaction, and we will look forward to our next stay and next event with Four Seasons, be it for personal or business reasons.
