Profile
At DRIM, the beverage program immediately captivates, an elegant tapestry of curated wines and traditional Korean libations that sets the tone for an exceptional evening. We found ourselves immersed in the rich, complex notes of a well-paired Soju cocktail, expertly crafted with seasonal fruits that danced on the palate, a perfect prelude to the culinary journey ahead. The atmosphere was alive with soft murmurs of conversation and the occasional clink of glassware, underscored by a subtle, contemporary playlist that seamlessly shifted as dusk fell over Orchard Road. As we made our way to our table, the warm, inviting glow of the Hanok-inspired interior enveloped us. The design balances modern elegance with traditional Korean aesthetics, featuring wooden beams and sleek, minimalist furnishings that create an intimate yet sophisticated dining environment.
The distinctive smokeless charcoal grills at each table hinted at the interactive experience that awaited us, where the thrill of sizzling meat would soon fill the air with tantalizing aromas. Our attentive server, whose knowledge of the menu was impressive, guided us through an enticing array of offerings. The DRIM Signature Galbisal Set featured premium cuts of pork rib fingers, marbled to perfection and seasoned with a delicate blend of spices, showcasing the kitchen’s commitment to quality. We were equally enchanted by the 100% buckwheat DRIM Signature Noodles, freshly prepared and served with a rich, glossy sauce that clung lovingly to each strand. The pacing of the dishes was impeccable, allowing time to savor each bite while the excitement of the next course lingered in the air.
As the evening unfolded, the energy of the tables shifted from relaxed conversations to animated laughter, with guests visibly enjoying the interactive aspect of grilling at their tables. This communal experience, enhanced by the gracious service, fostered a sense of camaraderie that felt almost familial. The attentive staff ensured our glasses were never empty, and we found ourselves lingering over dessert—a delicate matcha cake that was as visually stunning as it was delicious, accompanied by a refreshing Korean rice wine that lingered pleasantly on the palate. Our concierge recommends securing a table in one of the private dining tables for an intimate gathering or special occasion, where the exclusive ambiance will elevate your DRIM experience to new heights.

We came in a group without a reservation at around 5 plus, and were gladly accommodated. The food was outstanding, and equally the service too. Big thanks to Abby, Aki and Mark for the superb hospitality. Our group was quite challenging as we had 4 small kids with us, yet dinner was completely a wonderful experience.
We also got to try the Hanwoo Ribeye which was superb! Must try their signature cold noodle, minaro pancake and samgyetang. Quality Korean food all throughout.
We had to make a last minute reservation, which was well accommodated and in a great cozy room overviewing Takashimaya building.
I had the vegetarian options, which were outstanding. My family tried the meat dishes and were delighted.
The Makgeolli wine is a must try.
Our waitress Wei Ling was very nice throughout the lunch. Food came in super fast, despite them being extra busy.
At the end, Abby came over and offered us other versions of fermented wines. As well as a complimentary ice cream.
Lee also came by at the end and offered us a great plum juice to end the meal.
Superb service, amazing ambience, delicious food and great setting.
We are all super happy and made already a reservation for another day of the week.
Thank you!
