The Hi Tea event, attended by 315 guests at Dewan Maharani, Level 1, was conducted smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. The strong coordination of the hotel team, technical preparedness, well-organised hall setup, and the courteous service of the staff contributed significantly to a comfortable and prestigious atmosphere throughout the event.
The food served was exceptionally delicious, well-presented, and warmly received by the guests, further enhancing the overall experience and leaving a positive and lasting impression.
Special appreciation is also extended to Ms. Alynn, Ms. Asmak Nabilah, and the entire banquet team of Hotel Impiana Senai for their high level of commitment, prompt responsiveness, and excellent cooperation throughout the programme.

Breakfast was decent overall. The selection was okay, though it could be improved—especially the kuih and dim sum, which were a bit too floury. The noodle station, however, is worth trying.
Service was excellent. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference.
We also visited the gym, but the dumbbells were rusty and could use better maintenance. Overall, comparing to a few hotels we have stayed this year, I could say this hotel is good value for money and I would consider staying again.
