Our check-in experience was nothing short of delightful, marked by warm smiles and an attentive staff that seemed to anticipate our every need. The pace here is refreshingly unhurried, allowing guests to savor the moment as they are escorted through the spacious lobby adorned with striking art pieces. Melvin and Grace, in particular, left a lasting impact on us. Melvin made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. He went above and beyond, attending not only to our needs but anticipating them before we even asked. His warmth, attentiveness, and thoughtful gestures made us feel cared for in a way we have never experienced at any other hotel.
On top of that, Melvin offered us recommendations and even asked if we needed help with bookings, which made our stay feel even more effortless and personalised.
Grace was equally wonderful. She was incredibly welcoming and even took the time to chat with us, which added such a warm, genuine touch to our stay. Her friendliness made us feel truly at home.
Their exceptional service truly elevated our entire experience, and we are extremely grateful. Capella has definitely become our top choice, and we will be remembering this stay for a long time.
We checked in for three days and had such a magnificent experience that we extended our stay for another three days. Our villa was stunning — a true sanctuary that made us forget we were in the heart of a vibrant city.
Special thanks to Shahie and Canny for their exceptional hospitality and outstanding leadership of such a warm, professional team. Our days began beautifully each morning with Grace’s welcoming smile, and Canny consistently went above and beyond to ensure our preferred tea was available even when it wasn’t on the breakfast menu.
The food was of exceptional quality and beautifully presented — particularly the dim sum, chicken curry, and abalone noodle soup, which were absolute highlights.
Congratulations to the entire team. We have truly found a home away from home in Singapore and look forward to returning very soon.

My husband and I stayed at Capella Singapore for our honeymoon and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of our lives. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, every detail, every interaction and every experience felt thoughtful, personal and genuinely heartfelt. This was not just a luxury stay, it was an emotional and unforgettable journey.
What truly sets Capella apart is its people. The warmth, professionalism and sincerity of the team elevated every moment of our stay into something extraordinary.
Elton and Boon from the Bell Team were our first touchpoint with Capella and they immediately set the tone for what became a flawless experience. Their attentiveness, efficiency and calm confidence made us feel welcomed and taken care of from the very start. They were never just handling our luggage, they were quietly ensuring that every movement and every request felt effortless. Their hospitality was subtle, polished and deeply reassuring.
Sherlyn deserves special recognition for the beautiful honeymoon room setup. What she created for us was beyond stunning, it was emotional. Walking into a room that had been so lovingly prepared with so much attention to detail made us feel truly valued and celebrated as a couple. It was not just décor, it was a meaningful gesture that we will always remember.
Rens, who conducted the activities and classes, brought so much joy and warmth to our stay. His friendly and engaging personality made every session enjoyable and relaxed. Whether we were learning something new or simply enjoying the moment, he had a wonderful way of making us feel comfortable and present.
At Auriga Spa, the experience was equally lovely. The atmosphere was calm, soothing and beautifully designed, making it a perfect place for couples to unwind and reconnect during a honeymoon stay.
Together, these wonderful people transformed Capella Singapore from a beautiful resort into something truly meaningful. We did not feel like guests, we felt genuinely cared for and celebrated during one of the most important moments of our lives.

The next morning, we returned to the same restaurant for breakfast. The food was fantastic, offering a great variety with both a buffet and free-flowing mains. The manager Canny was very friendly, and all the staff were equally welcoming and attentive.
Before leaving, we decided to relax by the pool, where we met Nelvin. He treated us warmly and generously offered ice cream and frozen grapes to help us cool down in the heat. As we departed the property, we were greeted by the bellman, who was also friendly and helpful. In particular, we would like to thank Logesh, along with a few other staff members whose names I unfortunately can’t recall, as well as Fandi from the Front Office.
Thank you, Capella, for the wonderful accommodations and exceptional service. It was truly a memorable stay.
